Part One
  1. Write a description of each pattern chosen by your team.
  2. Explain when and why you would use this pattern.
  3. List two of the best practices for implementing the pattern

Part Two
  1. Find two examples of the pattern
  2. Set up a browser window with a web page where the pattern is utilized;
  3. Arrange the window to be 800 x 600 pixels or smaller;
  4. Set up to record the screen area with Screen-Cast O-Matic;
  5. Arrange the screen-capture tool area to only capture your example;
  6. Start the recording and demonstrate how the pattern works on the website as you record your screen capture;
  7. Stop the recording. Save the video as an .flv file
  8. Label the .flv video with its pattern name and upload it to your team's project page
  9. Adjust the sizing of the video so it's similar in size to the original recording.
  10. Include the name of the pattern and your information from part 1 along with the video;
  11. Repeat for each of your examples.

Alternative
If you can't find examples for Part Two above, you may create a simulation of the functionality using Flash animation, or creating your own example.
